Search every object in Salesforce at once, under the permissions you already set.

For teams whose answers are spread across Salesforce.

Salesforce search can't run this. Joind can.

Example search: Account with Region: New England, then Contract with Renewed: 2026, then Case with Status: Open
Example: 212 accounts, joined across 3 objectsExample: 86 contacts, joined across 2 objectsExample: 47 opportunities, joined across 2 objectsExample: 63 contracts, matched inside attached filesExample: 212 accounts, joined across 3 objectsExample: 212 accounts, joined across 3 objects

Salesforce search gives you one list per object. Joind searches across objects to give you the best answer.

Salesforce's built-in search can't search or filter across objects or be tuned, and examines at most 2,000 records. As a result, teams are often missing the answers they need. Joind searches across all objects through relationships, and delivers the results to where your teams work: in Salesforce.

Up and running in three steps

  1. Connect

Install the Joind package in your Salesforce org. Records, related objects and files sync continuously.

  2. Configure

We set up your search pages with you: the objects, relationships, fields, filters and layout each team needs. Nothing for you to code or deploy.

  3. Search

Your teams search across objects inside Salesforce, seeing exactly what their permissions allow.

Find it, then narrow it.

Powerful search operations

Phrases, proximity, wildcards, fielded queries, ranges and synonyms, across every configured object and attached file.

Narrow results with filters and facets

Add text and dropdown filters on any configured field, and facets with live counts so teams can see the shape of their results and drill in with a click.

Need your data to stay in a specific region?

Joind can run entirely in the region you choose, such as the United States, Japan or the United Kingdom, so every record, index and query stays in that region.

Search that understands Japanese text: words are split correctly without spaces, and full-width and half-width characters match each other.

One platform, set up for each team

Joind is configured for each industry, not rebuilt for it. If your team works in Salesforce, it fits. A few searches teams run:

Education

Applicants missing a transcript who have an advisor meeting this month

Financial services

Households with no portfolio review in 12 months and an account about to mature

Legal

Matters opened since 2024 where opposing counsel is from Acme Legal Partners

Recruiting and staffing

Java developers within 30 miles of Boston, open to contract work, not placed this year

Construction

Projects in Worcester County with an open change order over budget

The questions admins ask first

Who decides what each user sees?

Salesforce does, using the rules you've already set. Joind applies your Salesforce visibility rules on every query. There's no second permission model to keep in sync.

Is our data isolated from other customers?

Yes. Joind is multi-tenant with isolation per organization throughout, so your records and indexes are never mixed with anyone else's.

What can we search?

Any object, standard or custom, and the files attached to it. Set up as many search pages as your teams need, each with its own objects, relationships, fields, filters and layout, with no code to write.

What happens when data changes?

Joind keeps your data in sync in the same shape as Salesforce, so a change to one record updates one record. First loads can index tens of millions of records per day depending on record size.

Can I search across related records?

Yes. Search pages can be configured to take advantage of any Salesforce record relationship plus some relationships that Salesforce doesn't have, and Joind can even filter by related records.

Stop piecing answers together by hand.
